You determine what on earth you are here for and begin to walk the path to reach it.  How does it work? Personal and Individual coaching lends itself to the most popular method which is by telephone. Telephone coaching is the most confidential, most efficient and least costly method of coaching. It means information can be shared in privacy and with maximum convenience to clients. Also clients are not limited to geographical area. Some clients have face to face coaching as a preferred option.  A coaching session lasts about 45 minutes once a week (including unlimited email support) The number of sessions are predetermined by the coach and client after the initial evaluation session. There is a minimum number of 4 sessions with 8 being a practical maximum for any coaching cycle.  This is to ensure that the client is demonstrating reasonable progress in the coaching relationships. It is preferable / appropriate that each coaching cycle is dedicated to specific areas to ensure that progress is made.
